A Donation Based Visiting Place

This is a minimalistic homestead, practicing simple eco-sustainable and environmentally friendly living techniques. Your contribution helps to facilitate the nurturing and sharing of this sacred space.

Surrounded by National Forest, there are many wonderful hiking trails and beautiful beaches nearby. This is a great place for meditation and exploration, although some areas can be very dangerous with steep cliffs and loose rocks.
​
There is no internet, electricity or phone service for miles in either direction. There is fresh water, composting poopers, and an outdoor open kitchen with pots and pans, a small camp-stove, and a fire-pit with grill for cooking. No personal fires. Bring food to share or to cook for yourself. Organic meals and food may be available if wanted.

Do not expect a greeting. Come with a certain level of independence. Hosts may be busy during the day or asleep after dark. There is a small organic garden and other various projects going on, along with chickens, goats, dogs and a cat. This is a place to help people, help themselves. You are welcome to explore the land and make yourself at home. If you need something, please ask.

The nearest "towns" are Lucia and Gorda, each with their own restaurant and small store. Treebones Resort also has fine dining. It is wise to fill up gas tank and get any grocery items before leaving Morro Bay from the south or Monterey from the north.
​
Please take away your own unsorted garbage, there is no trash service. Recyclables can be seperated.

Alcohol is discouraged, as well as loud electronic devices.
